Overview

Mary Fran is an Associate in Mirick’s Family Law and Divorce Team specializing in all aspects of family law including divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, custody actions, child support, alimony, and paternity. She has experience handling all phases of complex, high-stakes financial litigation and represents family law clients with sophisticated financial assets and complex compensation structures.

Mary Fran understands that these types of family matters are sensitive and oftentimes stressful. Her goal is to offer counsel that enables her clients to move forward in a positive way.

Mary Fran started her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Wilma A. Lewis, Chief Judge of the District Court of the Virgin Islands, St. Croix. She then joined the Department of Justice, where she was a trial attorney in the Criminal Enforcement Section of the Tax Division.
