Her passion for estate tax law coupled with decades of experience as an estate administration paralegal, makes Tammy a go-to for preparing documentation for court or for preparing estate tax returns. Tammy has a knack for organizing and preparing all necessary documentation in an efficient manner. In addition to the technical aspects of this type of work, she also recognizes how very personal this process is for her clients.
She handles all aspects of estate administration including the preparation of probate court documents; preparation of federal, Massachusetts and Rhode Island estate tax returns; and funding of trusts and planning for fiduciary income tax returns. She also has experience preparing court documents for guardianships and conservatorships, and preparing fiduciary income tax returns.
Prior to rejoining Mirick in 2023, Tammy was an Estate Administration Paralegal with Fletcher Tilton PC.
