Business Leadership Team

At Mirick, we recognize that the dedication and talents of our business leadership team are a critical component of the firm’s success.

The team is led by the Chief Operating Officer, who oversees experienced and knowledgeable professionals in each of our functional areas, including finance, human resources, information systems, library, marketing, records and information, and business resources.

Although they have expertise in a variety of disciplines, the business leadership team is committed to a singular focus of supporting the firm’s culture of teamwork, respect, innovation, excellence, and client service.

We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package, and some members of our management and administration team have flexible work schedules through such arrangements as compressed workweeks or part-time schedules.
