Building Your Practice
Your development and training do not end with law school. During the first year of practice and beyond, you are provided with exceptional training through educational opportunities both within and outside the firm, as well as regular formal and informal guidance and feedback.
We hire attorneys who are capable of assuming responsibility early. Accordingly, you will do far more than conduct library research and review documents. It is not unusual for you to have direct client contact, to assist in the negotiation of transactions, or to appear in court and to attend depositions.
The Best of Both Worlds
We believe you will receive the best of both worlds at Mirick: the chance to engage in complex legal matters to help you become an excellent attorney while maintaining a desirable quality of life.
Pro Bono
The firm supports our attorneys in fulfilling their professional and ethical responsibilities and assisting the communities we serve by providing pro bono legal services that align with the firm’s pro bono policy. All Mirick attorneys, regardless of level, are encouraged to devote a portion of their time and professional services to pro bono matters.
