- Obtained summary judgment in favor of a hospital in a wrongful death action where the treating physician was not an employee of the hospital
- Successfully moved to dismiss wrongful death claim against long term care facility when the decedent’s family member failed to timely become the personal representative of the decedent’s estate
- Successfully obtained summary judgment on behalf of a manufacturer of playground equipment in a catastrophic personal injury case
- Handled Massachusetts cases involving product and premises liability for a national retail chain
