Kathi has served in various client service roles in her tenure at Mirick, starting her career as a legal administrative assistant and moving into training and development of employees, talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management.
Her calm demeanor puts others at ease, which is an important attribute to have as Mirick’s Human Resources and Staffing Manager. Kathi has primary responsibility for talent acquisition and supervision of the firm’s paralegals, and client services & business service team, including workflow coordination, employee relations, and performance management. She is also responsible for payroll processing and the administration of the firm’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Kathi’s strong computer skills, organizations skills, and attention to detail make her a go-to for coordination of large projects. She has the ability to simplify the complex and bring a team together to accomplish the goal.
