Paul has been an integral part of Mirick since 1995. He is currently Co-Managing Partner and serves on the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee. He previously served as Hiring Partner responsible for leading the Firm’s recruitment efforts, and as chair of the Firm’s Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy and Reorganization Group.
Paul remains equally committed to practicing law and serving clients while leading the Firm and deepening Mirick’s footprint in the community.
A partner in the Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy and Reorganization Group, Paul concentrates his practice on solving problems for borrowers, lenders, creditors, trustees, and receivers navigating through troubled commercial relationships.
With extensive experience handling bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and litigation, Paul represents clients in out-of-court loan restructurings, receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and the purchase and sale of distressed businesses.
In troubled situations the party that can act quickly and creatively often fares the best. Paul enjoys developing and executing the best strategy for each client and circumstance.
