Mirick announced that Attorneys Ashley P. Coffey and Elizabeth V. Newton have been named Partner.
Coffey represents entities buying, selling, financing and leasing commercial real estate in the firm’s Land Use and Environmental Law and Public & Municipal Law Groups. She also represents lenders in documenting and closing commercial loan transactions. She joined Mirick as an Associate in 2018. A graduate of Suffolk Law School, she is a past member of Team USA playing basketball throughout Europe through USA Athletes International.

Newton focuses her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and elder law matters. Known for her compassionate advocacy for clients, she also advises fiduciaries, trustees, and family members in the administration and settlement of trusts and estates. Prior to joining Mirick in 2021, she was an associate with Mendel & Associates, LLC.
