Mirick is proud to be a member of GGI Global Alliance, a worldwide alliance of well-established and experienced accounting, consulting, and law firms that are committed to providing clients with solutions for their international business requirements.
What does this mean for our clients?
As an active member of GGI, we are able to call upon fellow members from across the United States and from more than 135 nations across the world who have an in-depth understanding of the essential legal, fiscal, and economic peculiarities within their own state or country. Our affiliation with GGI and its members gives our practice both national and global reach. The GGI network has proven to be an invaluable resource for our clients who do business in the United States and internationally.
Since the firm joined GGI in 2013, we have had numerous opportunities to work with attorneys, accountants, and investment bankers within the GGI global network. The GGI member firms are all vetted for quality, and they have consistently served our clients well. At the same time, our responsiveness with respect to incoming referrals has resulted in a consistent source of business to the firm.
David Surprenant, Firm Chairman
As a midsize, regional law firm, we have expanded our reach globally with our GGI affiliation to offer our clients resources and local counsel across the country and around the world. Many of our clients have benefited from this partnership to address their needs in transactions, litigation, and other matters.
