At Mirick, we measure our success by the success of our clients.
Attorney Andrew A. Croxford represented Masters Academy International in obtaining equity and debt financing to develop an 82-acre, multi-sports academy. The equity investment is being provided by Cognita Schools, a global private schools group which owns and operates schools throughout various countries. The debt financing is being provided by Needham Bank. The deal closed on Friday, July 25th; and the facility will soon break ground at the former Bose campus in Stow, Massachusetts.
According to Peter Masters, “We had the pleasure of working with Andrew Croxford on our recent deal, and his attention to detail truly set him apart. From the first meeting, Andrew took the time to understand our needs and consistently went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the project was executed flawlessly. What impressed us the most was his expertise, professionalism, and genuine commitment to delivering results that benefited our business. Without hesitation, we would recommend Andrew and the Mirick team!”
Congratulations to Peter and Chris Masters, founders of MAI, and their team!
