One of Mirick’s pillars is a firmwide commitment to our communities. In June 2025, under the auspices of the firm’s Charitable Civic Bar Committee, we established our “Mirick Gives Back” initiative.
The firm identified and partnered with eight non-profit organizations in communities in which the firm has a footprint. Throughout the month of June, 125 team members contributed the equivalent of 438 volunteer hours, participating in a variety of hands-on service projects at the following organizations:
Projects included community walks; food drives; painting projects; sorting and organizing food and clothing pantries; and even decorating cupcakes!
The Mirick Gives Back initiative is emblematic of the firm’s passion, compassion and commitment to community and was met with great appreciation across the firm.
An added benefit from the initiative was an increase in engagement and camaraderie that further strengthened Mirick’s culture and teamwork across all offices.

Mirick Gives Back Holiday Initiative
In response to the vast need throughout our communities, we established the “Mirick Gives Back Holiday Program.” This year’s focus is on food insecurity. We identified four local organizations who directly address food insecurity that we will donate to this holiday season. Each Mirick Team member had the opportunity to direct a portion of the overall firm donation to the charity of their choice from the list. This program empowered and inspired many to make a personal donation as well.
At Mirick, we are so fortunate to have amazing colleagues who share in the firm’s commitment to giving back to the community. Below are just a few comments from our Mirick Team.
This is an awesome initiative! It’s stuff like this (in addition to plenty of other things) that make me proud to work at Mirick.
Kevin Robinson, Litigation Associate
