Dave is an experienced paralegal and valued member of Mirick’s Business Litigation Team and Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy and Reorganization Team. Attorneys and clients appreciate Dave’s attention to detail and efficiency in case management and client service.
Dave manages and supports all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. He also attends court proceedings and trials to provide real-time support to the attorneys.
In addition, Dave assists attorneys with administration of bankruptcy matters, including asset and non-asset cases. He also provides Bankruptcy Court e-filing and related service support; drafts pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, notices and related filings; and conducts legal and factual research and analysis.
Prior to becoming a paralegal, he was a correctional officer with the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office.
