Attorney David Fine, Chair of Mirick’s Construction Law Practice Group, was selected to serve as co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law 2026 Fall Conference being held at the Westin Copley Place in Boston, October 21-23. The program, entitled “Construction Claims Summit: Issues Driving Today’s Construction Disputes,” will feature plenary presentations covering the most complex and challenging construction claims, including delays, defective work, supply chain disruptions, designer negligence, differing conditions, default and termination, and fraud claims, as told by an experienced faculty of construction lawyers, consultants, claims professionals, and industry leaders.
The Forum is the largest organization of construction attorneys in the world, with more than 6,000 members globally, functioning as a specialized division of the American Bar Association. The co-chairs for the Forum’s national conferences are hand-selected by Forum leadership, and Dave’s selection is a testament to his expertise in the field and highly regarded standing in the construction law industry.
