Mirick announces that Attorney Margaret E. Asante has joined the Firm as an Associate in the Business Group, based in the Worcester office.

Margaret counsels clients on all types of business transactions, with focus on commercial lending and mergers and acquisitions. She has experience with general corporate governance, debt and equity finance, corporate M&A, as well as contract drafting, negotiation, and interpretation. A Worcester, Massachusetts native, she has counseled both lenders and borrowers on the financing, construction, and delivery of greenfield and brownfield projects across the energy and infrastructure sectors throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Prior to joining Mirick, Margaret was an Associate Legal Counsel at CityFibre in London, and previously worked as an associate in Allen & Overy LLP’s London office.
