As a skilled paralegal with over 25 years of business law experience, Cynthia is a go-to resource for attorneys for support with transactional work, such as stock sales, asset sales, mergers and acquisitions, financings, due diligence and disclosure schedule preparation, commercial lending, commercial real estate transactions, and general corporate work, such as domestic and foreign entity formations, amendments, qualifications, mergers and dissolutions, and corporate maintenance. She also prepares and files federal and state trademark applications and renewals and manages the firm’s trademark docket.
Cynthia also works closely with clients and their auditors to prepare the firm’s audit responses in connection with yearly audits of clients’ financial statements.
