Overview

As Mirick’s Chief Operating Officer, Diane has overall management responsibility for the business functions of the firm, including finances, human resources, operations, facilities, information systems and marketing. With over 35 years of serving in leadership roles within professional services firms, Diane is known as a strategic leader who embraces change.

Diane is proud to serve as the first woman Chief Operating Officer in Mirick’s history and the first female member of the firm’s Management Committee. She has always enjoyed mentoring other female professionals and being involved in organizations that empower women in the community.

She also serves on the firm’s Associates’ Committee and Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee where she plays an integral role in promoting collaboration to develop initiatives that strengthen the firm and enhance its culture.

Prior to joining the firm, she was the chief information officer for the law firm of Gadsby Hannah LLP. Diane also held a variety of management-level positions with Mintz and Bain & Company in Boston.
