Overview

As an experienced family law attorney, Grace uses her significant litigation experience to help clients make informed decisions about finances, property, children, and pets. She safeguards the client’s interests at all stages of the litigation, and offers clients a calm, positive, hands-on approach.

Grace concentrates her practice in the areas of divorce and family law, and has significant experience in the following areas:

  • Pre-nuptial agreements/post-nuptial agreements
  • Divorce (including Grey divorce and LGBTQ)
  • Child Custody
  • Pet Custody
  • Child Support and Alimony
  • Modification of Agreements
  • Contempt Actions for Violation of Agreements
  • Interstate and International Child Custody Issues, Including Wrongful Removal and Retention

  • GAL Investigations
  • Guardianship and Conservatorship Matters

She also represents clients in equity actions, including petitions to partition real estate between unmarried people, claims for life insurance proceeds against an ex-spouse’s estate, and actions for relief from a court order or judgment.

Grace has experience serving as a third party neutral, including court-appointed discovery master, conciliator, and certified mediator. While she aims to settle cases amicably and efficiently, including attending voluntary mediation or conciliation, Grace is prepared to litigate the matter if it is in the best interest of the client.

She volunteers with the Middlesex and Suffolk Probate and Family Court Lawyer for the Day programs, is an active member and contributor to the Boston Bar Association and serves as Co-Chair of the Boston Bar Association Pro Bono Committee.
