Individuals and families rely on Jared’s attention to detail when developing and implementing estate plans designed to increase, maintain, and transfer wealth in accordance with each client’s unique needs and wishes. He prepares a range of estate and tax planning instruments, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and health care proxies.
Jared also advises fiduciaries, trustees, and family members in the administration and settlement of trusts and estates, and represents clients in probate matters. His experience handling a wide-variety of litigation matters for the City of Worcester proves to be advantageous when advising clients throughout the estate planning and probate process.
Prior to joining Mirick, Jared was an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Worcester where he represented the city in state and federal court, as well as state administrative agencies. He was previously an attorney at Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP in Rhode Island where his practice focused on creditors’ rights and real estate conveyance.
