Why did you become a lawyer?

Kris always knew her career trajectory would involve working with and helping people. Her analytical approach to cases and the personal connections she forges with her clients make her the most effective advocate for them. Kris also enjoys the investigative and research aspects of the medical/legal cases on which she works. Thus, it is no surprise that the Nancy Drew mystery series were her favorite books as a child, and a career that puts her advocacy and “mystery-solving” skills to use was a perfect fit.

What is your practice philosophy?

Kris’ extensive experience with the defense of medical malpractice cases enables her to quickly identify issues that may arise in the context of litigation, and she is adept at responding to them in an efficient fashion. Her philosophy is to be direct and concise in addressing all issues, but also approachable and open so that clients feel confident that they are getting the best representation.

What is your client service approach?

Kris enjoys working cooperatively with insurers and health care professionals to provide the best representation for her clients. She prides herself on being readily available to meet needs or address concerns as they arise. Nothing makes Kris happier than a clients telling her that they felt well prepared going into a deposition, hearing, or trial because of the effort that Kris spent working with that client.

The right choice for all your legal needs.
