As Mirick’s eDiscovery Specialist, Mercedes plays a central role in managing all phases of the electronic discovery lifecycle across a range of litigation, regulatory, and investigative matters. She works closely with case teams, clients, and outside vendors to ensure efficient, defensible, and cost-effective discovery practice.

She previously worked at Mountain Dearborn as a paralegal and most recently served as the Project Management Lead in the Investigations & Enforcement Division of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
