Overview

Peter is a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate and Environmental Law Group. He has extensive experience handling sophisticated and complex real estate transactions.

As a seasoned commercial real estate attorney, Peter is known for his attention to detail and straightforward advice. For decades Peter has successfully represented entities buying, selling, and financing real estate. He also represents landlords, as well as tenants in commercial space lease transactions and ground lease transactions.

From school projects to the development of manufacturing, nursing home, and residential developments, Peter has assisted clients from a variety of industries with financing strategies, drafting of and review of contracts and leasing agreements, ownership structuring, and land use and environmental issues.

  • Represented a limited liability company in connection with the acquisition of a 164-bed nursing home facility in Worcester
  • Represented a manufacturing company in connection with the acquisition and financing of a new manufacturing facility in Sutton
  • Represented a manufacturing company in Worcester in connection with the sale of its 35-acre campus
