Tim is a partner in Mirick’s Divorce and Family Law Group specializing in all aspects of family law including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, paternity, restraining orders, disputes between unmarried couples, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. He has significant experience and knowledge in representing family law clients with sophisticated financial assets and complex compensation structures. In addition to family law, Tim handles a variety of fiduciary and probate litigation matters, having skillfully handled numerous high-conflict disputes pertaining to wills, trusts, and inheritance rights.
Divorce and family matters can be difficult and stressful. Tim puts his clients at ease through his deep understanding of the law and experience in advocacy and negotiation skills. He takes the time to listen and identify each client’s unique priorities, and to develop a tailored approach to help guide clients through the process, so they can move forward and focus on the future.
Tim brings the same passion and understanding to his role within Mirick. As chair of Mirick’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, Tim enthusiastically embraces the firm’s mission of promoting equitable opportunities and belonging.
