Clients turn to Bill for risk management consultation and representation in litigation matters involving commercial disputes, commercial and residential real estate disputes, construction disputes, and credit and collection matters. He also assists clients with contract preparation and negotiation and provides general business advice.
Bill is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and often oversees work with governmental investigations as well as criminal defense work.
His diverse client base includes commercial entities, commercial landlords and owners, private landowners and developers, municipalities, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers, and banking and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Mirick, Bill was an associate with Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein LLP in Wellesley, MA. He also previously served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, in-house counsel at the MA Office of the Inspector General, and as a logistics specialist for the U.S. Coast Guard.
