Nancy’s extensive background as Assistant Vice President and Senior Counsel at Unum US, the largest provider of group and individual disability insurance in the U.S., translates to her practice at Mirick. Clients appreciate her deep litigation experience and keen insight. She specializes in defending hospitals, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurses in medical malpractice litigation, as well as representing them before professional licensing boards.
