Drawing upon his background as a Division I and professional hockey player, Zach infuses his legal practice at Mirick’s Business Group with a unique blend of discipline, strategy, determination and solidarity.
Specializing in mergers and acquisitions, business formation, ownership transitions, strategic transactions, corporate governance, general corporate and business matters, and licensure, Zach adeptly navigates the complexities of the legal landscape. From negotiating agreements to advising on strategic transactions, Zach’s approach is marked by professionalism and a steadfast commitment to his clients’ success.
In addition, Zach has significant experience in alcoholic beverages law. He advises clients in the liquor industry on all aspects of liquor licensing, including forming licensed entities, acquiring businesses, and transferring licenses and permits. Zach specializes in guiding entrepreneurs through the startup process, assisting with regulatory compliance, business planning, and securing necessary permits. With his extensive knowledge of liquor licensing regulations, he ensures that clients navigate the complexities of the industry smoothly, helping them establish successful ventures in the alcoholic beverage market.
