Con has extensive experience in commercial lending; banking and consumer finance regulation; loan workouts, insolvency and bankruptcy; tax-exempt bonds; international trade finance, non-profit governance for the education and healthcare sectors; business aviation; transportation and logistics.
As a member of the Business Law Team at Mirick, Con represents borrowers and lenders in all types of commercial finance transactions, including: asset-based and cash flow loans; real estate-secured loans, including construction financing; and equipment leasing. He represents non-profit healthcare and educational institutions in governance and financing matters, and a variety of clients in the entertainment industry.
