As the firm’s Human Resources and Legal Support Manager, Jenn supports recruiting and hiring efforts, and supervises the firm’s client services and business services teams, overseeing workflow, employee relations, and performance management. She brings more than 20 years of human resources and operations experience to Mirick, having most recently served as Chief Human Resource Officer at MetroWest YMCA and as Senior Team Operations Manager for Workhuman’s Consulting Practice.
Jenn is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and she also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators.
Outside of the office, Jenn provides Pet Therapy with her Golden Retriever, Clancy, through Notre Dame’s Pediatric Pals Program.
