On November 10, attorney Corey Higgins will present the annual labor and employment law update to the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce. He will cover a number of areas of labor and employment law, including employers’ reporting obligations relative to the overtime deduction available under the so-called “One Big Beautiful Bill Act,” complying with state and federal wage and hours laws and the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act, and some best practices for navigating the legal risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace.
