Mirick is pleased to announce that Attorney Jessica Studstill has joined the Firm as Of Counsel in its Litigation Group and a member of the Probate, Trust and Fiduciary Litigation Team.
Jessica represents beneficiaries, personal representatives, trustees and other fiduciaries in contested probate, trust and fiduciary matters. She works closely with individuals and families to resolve disputes and, when litigation is necessary, to pursue focused and cost-effective strategies.
Jessica brings more than 14 years of courtroom experience to the Firm. She spent 12 years as a Trial Attorney with the Public Defender Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Boston, where she tried 13 jury trials to verdict. Most recently, she was an Associate Attorney at Litchfield Cavo LLP, where she defended clients in personal injury, premises liability, employment, professional liability, construction, commercial and copyright matters, including a federal jury trial in an architectural copyright infringement case.

Jessica earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she received the Best Brief Award and the Distinguished Oral Advocate Award in the First Year Legal Practice Skills Competition. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the College of Charleston, where she graduated from the Honors College. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
