Frank represents businesses and individuals in business litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Frank has experience managing a broad spectrum of legal disputes in industries including technology, software, SaaS, manufacturing, services, medical device, fitness and life science on matters including breach of contract, consumer protection statutes, deceit/misrepresentation, employment, copyright, NIL, right of publicity, trade secret misappropriation, conspiracy, covenants of good faith and fair dealing, promissory estoppel, intentional interference with contractual relationships, unfair or deceptive trade practices and fraud.   Frank appears in federal and state courts in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and other jurisdictions as well as arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, The Mediation Group, JAMS and others.

Frank also represents businesses in trademark prosecution and defense including proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), trademark investigation and enforcement and related federal litigation.

Frank served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps and was trained in Marine Corps management and tactics.  He brings his commitment, focus and strategic planning skills to his litigation practice to assist clients in optimizing the resolution of conflicts.

Prior to joining Mirick, Frank was himself a business owner of a boutique Chambers-recognized law firm, so he understands and appreciates the fluid nature of running a business and assists his clients in identifying goals and balancing cost with favorable outcomes in litigation.

Frank also serves many of his clients as outside general counsel and counsels them on avoiding litigation, contract drafting/review and negotiation, trademark filings and other general counsel matters.
