Bob is a highly regarded trusts and estates attorney with more than 45 years of experience in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
His practice focus is the areas of trusts and estates, specializing in elder law and special needs and disability planning. Bob develops estate plans that address his clients’ unique needs while protecting assets and minimizing taxes.
Prior to joining Mirick, Bob was a solo practitioner and worked previously as counsel to Bourget Law Group in North Falmouth, and to the law firm of Pierro, Connor & Strauss in Latham, New York, and New York City.
Bob has received a number of awards for his pro bono services and remains actively involved in the community. He is currently a member of Falmouth’s Select Board.
