Tara’s empathy for others puts clients at ease in navigating the estate administration process. She is a skilled paralegal in the Trusts and Estates Group who works closely with the attorneys and directly with clients in all elements of estate and trust administration. Her experience includes managing a variety of probate (and non-probate) matters from inception to settlement, assisting with trust funding, fiduciary income tax returns, preparation of informal and formal accountings, preparation of federal and Massachusetts estate tax returns, and management of insurance trusts.
Tara enjoys being a trusted point of contact for clients in helping them throughout what can be a difficult and emotional process. In this role, being articulate and analytical, possessing excellent attention to detail and applying sound judgment is essential.
