Management Committee
This client-first philosophy starts with our Management Committee, led by Co-Managing Partners Paul Carey and Bob Kilroy. Paul and Bob partner with the firm’s Chief Operating Officer Diane Power, and Stephen Madaus, a Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Public and Municipal Law practice, in leading the firm. Collectively, they work closely with Firm Chairman David Surprenant, who expertly led the firm for nearly a quarter century as Mirick’s Managing Partner, and who remains actively engaged with furthering the firm’s strategic growth initiatives.
Internally, our Management Committee prioritizes safeguarding the firm’s well-earned culture of collegiality and respect, where individual team members thrive and where it is not uncommon for attorneys and staff to be recognized for 40+ years of employment. Externally, we are committed to putting our clients first in all that we do. Our operational decision making, strategic planning, practice management, and service philosophy all begin and end with a view as to what’s in the best interest for the clients we are fortunate enough to serve.
