Ashley’s passion for sports and having served in team leadership roles plays into her role as an attorney. She harnesses the discipline, resolve, and teamwork she developed to build her legal career at Mirick.
Clients appreciate Ashley’s can-do attitude and ability to get the job done. She represents entities buying, selling, financing, and leasing commercial real estate, as well as lenders in documenting and closing commercial loan transactions. Her clients include both commercial landlords and tenants who range in size and industry.
A graduate of Suffolk Law School, Ashley previously worked for Stewart Title Guaranty Company as Claims Counsel where she investigated and resolved real estate title claims for commercial and residential properties. Ashley’s experience is investigating and resolving complex title issues helps in each of Ashley’s transactions as she is able to identify issues early on in the process which, in turn, helps lead to a more successful and seamless transaction for the client.
While in school, Ashley toured Europe playing basketball for Team USA through USA Athletes International.
